Thank you for shopping with me at Thrash Candles. I am committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time  

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time  

After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays  

While I strive to meet my shipping estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Incorrect Shipping Information  

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Thrash Candles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages  

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Thrash Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I will help you file a claim & once you file a claim you will then get refunded for your order.
